3. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, CODEPILOT LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the App.
4. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CODEPILOT LIMITED from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
